Max Brake Becomes a Sponsor of the National Tractor Pullers Association
Worthington, OH -- The National Tractor Pullers Association (NTPA) in conjunction with the Cornerstone Marketing Group, Inc. is proud to announce Max Brake as a sponsor of the NTPA and the NTPA Championship Pulling Series shown weekly on RFD-TV.
“NTPA is proud to be associated with such a unique company. We are excited that Max Brake chose NTPA to promote its product. We look forward to seeing this company grow and sustain many years of involvement with us,” said David P. Schreier, WPI President/CEO. “NTPA has helped many companies market their products through the large and loyal fan base of the pulling industry.”
Cornerstone Marketing Group, Inc.’s CEO Tom McConnell brought the deal to the NTPA on behalf of their client, Max Brake. One paramount aspect for Max Brake’s involvement stemmed from NTPA’s ability to bring the truck market consumer to them. “Max Brake is looking to reach truck owners, and no other organization has as many truck owners in their fan base,” said McConnell. “NTPA will assist in making Max Brake a leader in brake control systems.”
Max Brake is a brake control unit used on trailers. The unit is unique in that it attaches itself to the master cylinder of the truck, and then feeds that information to the Max Brake unit. The unit has a computer that measures exactly how much brake is being applied to the truck, and it smoothly applies the same pressure to the trailer. This results in a much smoother ride, as Max Brake eliminates the jerky stops that are just expected from other brake control units. There is no other unit like this on the market, and the unit self adjusts, meaning there is no need to readjust the brake control unit after you unload. Max Brake also eliminates trailer brakes locking up, and it is renowned for its safety applications.
Max Brake will be a part of the RFD-TV series starting sometime in March. Fans of NTPA and RFD-TV will see commercials during the NTPA Championship Pulling Series presented by Pennzoil. “The commercials will show the viewers how unique Max Brake is and how there is no other product like it on the market,” said McConnell. “Special features will be filmed this summer at selected NTPA events to highlight the features of Max Brake. There is just nothing like this product on the market today. Max Brake will become a leader in brake technology.”
Max Brake will have a display booth at many NTPA events in 2008. This will give fans as well as competitors a chance to see the units up close. Max Brake is also signing up new dealers. “We are always looking for new dealers,” said Max Brake President, Chuck McDaniel. “The margins that we are offering new dealers are very high, and as the awareness of Max Brake continues, dealers will benefit from increased sales.”
